SameSystem A/S completes capital increase

Copenhagen, June 28, 2021 

Reference is made to Company Announcement no. 5 regarding the result of the offering. In the Company Announcement no. 5, SameSystem A/S informed the result of the offering and the allocation of the 15,000,000 shares of which 12,000,000 arenewly subscribed shares.

The capital increase has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority. Following the capital increase, the total share capital of SameSystem A/S is DKK 671,111.00, distributed into 67,111,100 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 0.01.
