SameSystem hires CFO

SameSystem A/S has today hired Robert Kaminski as new CFO.

Robert Kaminski has a Msc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School. Robert has previously worked as Manager, Financial Advisory Services at Grant Thornton Danmark, as Group controller, Group Finance in DSV A/S and as Manager – Associate, Assurance Services at PwC in Copenhagen and Holbaek.

Robert will join SameSystem on the 1st of July 2021.

The decision to hire Robert was made after the approval of the prospectus. Consequently, the employment is made public in this Company Announcement no. 2-2021 rather than the prospectus published by SameSystem today in connection with the initial public offering of its shares as described in Company Announcement no. 1-2021.
