AddMovement moves AddSeat manufacturing to Samhall Svenstavik to benefit from mobility manufacturing skills

AddMovement AB launched AddSeat in 2012 and steadily has grown sales into the Scandinavian and Northern European markets. With this growth of sales, it was necessary for AddMovement to find a manufacturing partner that had experience in the mobility market and a preference was close to our new Global Head Office in Hackås in Jämtland, Sweden.

– Samhall has fifty years of experience in the mobility market and has a reputation for quality that is fundamentally important as we now start to discuss broader distribution outside of Europe. In addition to the manufacturing skills, we gain a partner that epitomizes our values of bringing mobility to a broader group and in Samhall’s case also jobs, says Marit Sundin, CEO of AddMovement AB.

– We have already seen a positive reaction from our existing dealers when we communicated that Samhall was to become our manufacturing partner for the AddSeat. For us this is the first major step towards a significant growth during 2016 and onwards and really exciting that we will have our Head Office and manufacturing plant in the area where I came up with the idea, Marit Sundin continues.

– We are very happy that AddMovement chose Samhall as a manufacturing partner. AddSeat is an exciting and important product that will create new job opportunities for our experienced and highly skilled employees in Svenstavik, says Åsa Berg, Market area director at Samhall.
