Cook a fresh, traditional fish pie in a Samsung Professional Appliances microwave

To make the fish pie, first cook small chunks of peeled potato in a large microwavable dish at high power for seven to eight minutes. Then mash with milk and butter. Once that is done, the fish mixture can be cooked on high power for five minutes.
The real time-saving bit is the white sauce, which is guaranteed lump free. Cook the chopped spring onions and celery for two minutes, until soft, and then stir in flour and fish stock, juice from the cooked fish, milk, white wine and chopped parsley. Cook for three minutes to thicken, stirring every minute.
Combine the fish and sauce in a microwaveable dish, top with the potato and grated cheese, and cooked for a final three minutes. The finished dish can be placed briefly under the grill for a crisp brown top.
