Phil Bryant and civil rights leader Myrlie Evers will be among the elected officials, civil rights activists, teachers and school children participating in the ground breaking for the Museum of Mississippi History and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 in Jackson, Miss.
