Sandvik receives major orders Sandvik's Mining and Construction business area recently received several major orders for Tamrock's drilling rigs, Toro loaders, tools and other equipment for mining and construction work. The total value of the orders amounts to about SEK 100 M. The two largest orders cover machinery to the Greek contracting company J&P (Hellas) and Avax for various road projects in Greece and machinery and equipment to the Portuguese mining company Somincor-Sociedade Mineira de Neves-Corvo.
