Head of HR Anna Vikström Persson has chosen to leave Sandvik

Anna Vikström Persson, Executive Vice President and Head of Group function Human Resources (HR), has decided to resign from her position, as of 1 June  2016.

“Anna Vikström Persson has developed the HR organization and its operations in a significant way during challenging years for Sandvik. I have appreciated working with Anna and want to thank her for her valuable contributions. I wish her good luck in her future career” says Björn Rosengren, Sandvik’s President and CEO.

Anna Vikström Persson has been in her current position since 2011.

“I have had the opportunity to work for a company with fantastic and truly professional people. I fully support the important ongoing work and activities in Sandvik, however, after five years, I felt time is right for a change” she says.

A process has been initiated to find Anna Vikström Persson’s successor.
