New Chief Financial Officer at Sandvik Group
Emil Nilsson has been appointed Executive Vice President & CFO of Sandvik Group and member of Group Executive Management. Exact starting date will be defined over the coming months. He succeeds Ola Salmén, who will leave Sandvik for other opportunities. Ola will stay with Sandvik until year-end to ensure a good and smooth transition.
Emil Nilsson is 40 years old and holds an B. Sc. in Business Administration and Economics degree from Stockholm University. Currently he is Head of Customer Unit Central Europe at Ericsson based in Vienna, Austria. His most recent experiences includes leading positions such as CFO/COO of Ericsson North America and CFO of Ericsson Brazil.
