Sandvik's buy-back of own shares Sandvik's current holding of own shares amounted at 4 June to 9,017,000 shares, corresponding to 3.46 percent of the total number of shares as of 4 June 2004. In accordance with the decision at the 2004 Annual General Meeting, Sandvik has the possibility of repurchasing a total number corresponding to 10 percent of the total number of shares.
