Sandvik's buy-back of own shares Sandvik's current holding of own shares amounted at 12 June to 1,125,000 shares, corresponding to 0.43% of the total number of shares (258,696,000). In accordance with the decision at the 2001 Annual General Meeting, Sandvik has the possibility of repurchasing a total of 12,934,800 shares, corresponding to 5% of the total number of shares.
