    Sandvik secures major materials handling orders

    Sandvik Mining has secured major materials handling contracts in South America and Australia.The combined value of the contracts exceeds 950 million SEK and will be executed and contribute to Sandvik Mining's business during the years 2013 until 2015.     Sandvik Mining has entered an agreement for the delivery of a large materials handling and crushing system for a copper mine with a customer in South America.     Sandvik has signed contracts including 21 bolter miners with the Chinese company Shenhua Shendong. The value of the contracts exceeds 500 MSEK and delivery of the equipment is scheduled during 2012 and 2013.
