BioStock: Saniona strengthens its board of directors

Recently, financial expert Robert E. Hoffman was added to the board of directors of the biotech company Saniona. Hoffman, a seasoned financial executive with an extensive track record in the biotechnology industry, is expected to bring additional expertise in fund raising, corporate governance and deal making to the company.
