Decisions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Sanitec Corporation
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Sanitec Corporation was held yesterday 9 March 2015 at 14 CET in Stockholm, Sweden.
In accordance with the proposal, the meeting elected Christian Buhl, Roland Iff, Karl Spachmann, Michael Reinhard, Egon Renfordt-Sasse and Albrecht Riebel as members of the Board of Directors of Sanitec Corporation. Christian Buhl was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
