Notification in accordance with the Finnish securities market act chapter 9 § 5: BlackRock Inc. increased its indirect holding in Sanitec Corporation

BlackRock Inc. has informed Sanitec Corporation that its indirect ownership in Sanitec Corporation has increased over the threshold of 5.0% of the company’s shares and votes as a result of acquisition of shares on 14 April 2014. According to the notification, BlackRock Inc. now owns indirectly 5,112,190 shares, equal to approximately 5.11% of Sanitec Corporation’s share capital and total votes.
