Sanitec Amendments to the Articles of Association and number of shares in Sanitec Corporation
The shareholder of Sanitec Corporation (the “Company”) has decided to amend the articles of association of Sanitec Corporation.

The shareholder of Sanitec Corporation (the “Company”) has decided to amend the articles of association of Sanitec Corporation. The amendment shall become effective upon registration with the Finnish Trade Register. The amended articles of association subject to the registration are available at www.sanitec.com.
Additionally, the shareholder of the Company has approved the issuance of 99,000,000 new shares in Sanitec Corporation without consideration to Sofia IV S.á r.l., the sole shareholder of the Company, applying shareholder’s pre-emptive subscription right. For each existing share, 99 new shares are given. After the registration of share issue with the Finnish Trade Register, the number of Company’s shares will be 100,000,000 shares.
