Sanitec Corporation has completed prepayment of EUR 275 million Multicurrency Term Loan and Revolving Credit Facility agreement
On 16 February 2015, Sanitec Corporation has, in connection with the acquisition of more than 99 per cent of shares in Sanitec by Geberit AG on 11 February 2015, completed voluntary prepayment and cancellation of all outstanding facilities under the EUR 275 million Multicurrency Term Loan and Revolving Credit Facility agreement dated 13 May 2014. The prepayment was funded with EUR 175 million credit facility provided to the company by Geberit group.
