Revenue in the second quarter amounted to 195.8 (182.4) MSEK, representing a growth of 7.3%. Support and maintenance fees constitute the largest share of the revenue. License revenue and Professional Services revenue are attributable to the development of the existing product as well as the Sussa project.

Adjusted EBITDA in the second quarter amounted to 22.7 (50.6) MSEK resulting in an adjusted EBITDA margin of 11.6 (27.7) %.

Employee related expenses amounted to 141.2 (110.2) MSEK, corresponding to an increase of 28.1%. The number of full-time employees rose to 765 in the second quarter, an increase of 11,6 % from the comparable figure last year. Of these 393 were employed in Sweden and 323 were women.

Depreciation and amortization amounted to 37.8 MSEK, of which 27.8
MSEK relates to amortization of intangible assets linked to M&A activities,
3.8 MSEK refers to financial leases and 5.0 MSEK refers to amortization of
capitalized R&D. The remaining depreciation of tangible assets amounted to 1.2 MSEK.Non-recurring items amounted to 10 MSEK, consisting of 3.1 MSEK relating to the introduction of a new ERP system and 6.9 MSEK relate to change of management and other.
