    Næringslivets Hus was one of the first buildings in Stavanger to have glazed exterior walls. When the time came to renovate the building there was one clear ambition: to ensure there was no obvious difference between the new and the old exterior. Sapa supplied the aluminium windows and glazed facades for the project through Time Aluminium AS. Næringslivets Hus is located in the heart of Stavanger, in south-west Norway.     Bergsjön Cultural Centre is a new place to meet in Gothenburg that puts the focus on social sustainability and integration. Here, residents are encouraged to get creative through a range of activities centring on culture. The architecture is imaginative and playful, and connects with its surroundings in inspiring ways.     Comfort and wide views from a beautiful roof top can now be found at Lindeberghome in Oslo. An environmentally friendly BREEAM Excellent certified project, where it has succeeded in achieving zero fossil emissions during construction. This is largely due to the local energy wells on site. Likewise, this has meant that energy consumption has been extremely low and contributed to a more environmentally friendly place.     Vallastaden has built a new nursing home for the elderly with dementia. Here, a future-oriented nursing home has been opened where the focus is on the individual’s needs and well-being. With a new welfare technology, people with dementia receive more individualized care. This has helped the care staff to be able to receive more efficient and personal care, however they have also succeeded in raising the integrity of dementia patients.
