South African Airways has chosen SAS Ground Services for ground handling

South African Airways has signed an agreement with SAS Ground Services International for passenger services and load planning at Washington Dulles Airport. The agreement entails a new contract for passenger services and load control at Washington Dulles Airport. South African Airways currently operates four days a week with a Boeing-747 out of Washington Dulles Airport to Johannesburg and is expecting to go daily by the end of 2005. South African Airways chose SAS Ground Services after a comprehensive evaluation of several offers. - SAS Ground Services won the bid based on the quality of their product and their well-known superior customer service ethic, says Mr David Deignan, Vice President Stations USA, South African Airways. - SAS Ground Services are extremely happy to have concluded this agreement with South African Airways, says Flemming Alsing, Director USA, SAS Ground Services International. Washington Dulles Airport is the fastest expanding airport in the U.S. and SAS Ground Services will continue to strive on new business opportunities as they arise.
