Correction : Satsafe shares to be listed at HQ Tech market on april 10

CORRECTION : SATSAFE SHARES TO BE LISTED AT HQ TECH MARKET ON APRIL 10 Mobile Location Services Developer Set for Trading Stockholm, Sweden, April 7 - Shares of Satsafe MLS AB, a system solutions and mobile location services provider, will be available to investors through the H&Q Tech Market beginning April 10. Hagströmer & Qviberg will function as market maker. Satsafe recently completed a private placement raising $9 million from institutional investors. The proceeds of that funding round will be used for international business expansion. "Bringing our products to the international market place is an important step in our development plan," said Michael Skordby, CEO of Satsafe. "To underwrite these goals we must expand rapidly into major markets through acquisitions and our internal resources." As part of its development goals, Satsafe on April 3 acquired MobiSafe AB, a leading supplier of Pan-European mobile positioning and alarm services for the secure transport of high value goods. MobiSafe customers include Ericsson, AstraZeneca, and Securitas. "The main reason for 'unofficially' listing Satsafe shares through the H&Q Tech Market is to meet the demand from investors," said Michael Skordby, Satsafe CEO. "Given our plans to grow through acquisition, it is also necessary to establish a market valuation of shares since we plan to use them as one instrument of payment."
