SATSAFE RECEIVES ORDER FROM LITHUANIAN SECURITY POLICE Satsafe, a Swedish provider of location based services, has received an order from the Lithuanian Security Police. Satsafe will supply communication and security systems, based on GPS and GSM technology, for positioning and tracing of security transports. Alarms will be terminated at the Lithuanian Security Police's emergency response centre, using a software platform developed by Satsafe. - Crime targeting transports of valuables and expensive cars is rapidly increasing in Lithuania, said Mr Alvidas, Inspector and Security responsible with the Lithuanian Security Police. Satsafe's systems provide an effective tool to get ahead of crime and to reduce significant damage costs. - The order from the Lithuanian Security Police is an important milestone since we value the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe as markets with tremendous potential for our products, said Björn Krasse. Because of the level of crime virtually all new cars and most transports would benefit from having these type of systems installed. - About Satsafe: Satsafe MLS AB, with an unofficial listing on the H&Q Tech Market, was founded in 1998 and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
