Sharps Bedrooms Ltd follows government guidelines and temporarily ceases trading during Covid-19 outbreak

As of 24^th March 2020, following recent UK Government recommendations with respect to the Covid-19 outbreak, SB HOLDCO PLC’s trading company, Sharps Bedrooms Limited, has temporarily ceased trading. The situation in the UK is fluid and monitored on an ongoing basis by the management team with the intention of resuming trading as soon as practically possible. Management considers the company’s liquidity position to be strong and expects to make the upcoming quarterly interest payment as scheduled. Further communication will follow as the situation develops.
