Sharps Bedrooms Ltd Follows Government Guidelines re: Lockdown

Stores are temporarily closed, however, sales, manufacturing and installations are continuing as normal.

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to close all none essential shops in England in a second lockdown from Thursday 5^th November to Wednesday 2^nd December, SB HOLDCO PLC’s trading company, Sharps Bedrooms Limited, will temporarily close all of its showrooms.

Unlike the first lockdown the remainder of the business will continue to trade as normal with direct sales via online lead generation, installation of product into homes and manufacture unaffected by the announcement. Management considers the company’s liquidity position to be strong. Further communication will follow as the situation develops or with the publication later this month of the 4^th quarter results.
