Investor Meeting 15 May 2006

SBAB will on 15 May 2006 hold a meeting for investors in SBAB Loan No 118, 121, 122 and 123. The meeting will take place at SEB´s premises in Stockholm. Information will be given concerning SBAB´s subsidiary; The Swedish Covered Bond Corporation. At the meeting SBAB will also inform about the change of debtor, timing issues and give details about the exchange procedure. Investors will be given the opportunity to raise questions.
