AB SCA Finans has, in accordance with certain regulations in the Swedish Securities Markets Act (2007:528), chosen to publish information regarding its securities in accordance with Swedish law and regulations issued by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, regardless of if the securities are subject for trade on Swedish or on foreign exchanges.

AB SCA Finans (publ) is a wholly owned subsidiary within the SCA Group. AB SCA Finans is responsible for the Group´s borrowing, liquidity, currency and interest rate management and serves as internal bank for Group companies.
