New Scancem Board Elected At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in Scancem AB on Monday the board members Sven Borelius and Bjørn Rune Gjelsten had declined reelection. President and CEO Sven Ohlsson wished to leave these positions as well as his seat on the board. The following new members were elected to Scancem's board: Henning Christophersen (former Vice President EU Commission, former Minister of Finance, Danish Government) Copenhagen; Lennart Engström (Chief Analyst, Industrivärden), Stockholm; Sven-Eric Hersvall (former CEO, Skanska), Malmö; Per Molin (former CEO, Avesta Sheffield), Solna; Per Runeland (lawyer, Kilpatrick Stockton), London; Per Westlund (Executive Vice President, Skanska), Danderyd; Bo Jacobsson (COO and Executive Vice President, Skanska) Vellinge.
