Optiroc's acquisition of Stråbruken will be a matter for the district court On Friday the Swedish competition authority decided to apply at the Stockholm district court for a prohibition concerning Optiroc's acquisition of the Stråbruken company. - The competition authority makes another assessment concerning how products are inter-changeable on the market than we do, says Cornelis Altena, President of Optiroc Group. For that reason, we will pursue the case.
