Reci divests shareholding in environmental company

Reci divests shareholding in environmental company Reci Industri AB of the Scancem Group has signed an agreement with Trollhättans Mineral AB and JKA Miljökonsult AB that these two companies will acquire Reci's 50-percent shareholding in Aurex Reci AB. The company has an advanced position on the expanding market for cleaning decontaminated soil. Trollhättans Mineral and JKA Miljökonsult will hold 25 percent each of the shares in Aurex Reci, which is noted on the SBI waiting list. The remaining 50 percent of the shares are held by a number of shareholders.
