Scancem acquires Danish concrete company

Scancem acquires Danish concrete company The Danish company Perstrup Industri, within the Scancem business area Concrete Products, has acquired K.Ø. Beton in Skive, Denmark. Both companies produce prefabricated concrete products for agriculture and environmental applications. Their combined sales will amount to almost SEK 150 M with approximately 150 employees.
