Scancem to hold Extraordinary General Meeting on December 21, 1998 At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Scancem AB (publ) today, the board decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders that will be held on December 21, 1998 in Malmö, to elect a new Board of Directors.
