At the meeting of Scancem AB's board of directors today, the board has requested the President to evaluate Skanska's proposed settlement with the EU Commission and to investigate other possible alternatives. Scancem with therefore immediately contact the concerned authorities in Brussels. The board has asked Sven Ohlsson to remain as President and CEO until the next General Meeting.
