Scandiaconsult removed from stock exchange Following a decision made by the Board of Directors, Scandiaconsult AB (publ) has applied to Stockholmsbörsen to have the company's share removed from the A-list. The reason for the application is that Rambøll, Hannemann & Højlund A/S, who own 99.1 per cent of the company's shares and votes, have announced that they will call for mandatory redemption of all outstanding shares in the company. The final day of listing as regards trading in Scandiaconsult's shares is estimated to be 8 May 2003.
