Scandiaconsult sells its environmental laboratory As part of the efforts to streamline the operations and focus on the core business, Scandiaconsult has sold the environmental laboratory located at the Malmö office to Svensk Grundämnesanalys AB (SGAB). The environmental laboratory performs analyses to determine the levels of pollutants in earth, air and water samples. The operations employ five people who will all be transferring to SGAB. The transfer will be official as of 1 September. "The environmental laboratory will remain at its current location on Stora Varvsgatan in Malmö. We have signed a co-operation agreement with SGAB to the effect that our environmental consultants will continue to have access to the skills and services offered by the environmental laboratory," says Gösta Ericson, head of Scandiaconsult's Southern Region.
