Scandiaconsult to buy back its own shares On the basis of the authorisation granted to it by the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Scandiaconsult has resolved to buy back some of the company's shares over the period until the next Annual General Meeting. Purchases will be made on the Stockholm Stock Exchange at the share price applying at the time. The purpose is to adjust the company's capital structure and enable the use of the shares that are bought back for future acquisitions. Scandiaconsult bought back 785,000 shares during 2000. Pursuant to the AGM's decision, the maximum number of shares that can be bought back is such that the company's own holding shall total a maximum of 10 per cent of all shares in the company at any given time. The total number of shares is today 23,896,828 and the number of outstanding shares is 23,111,828.
