Key managers acquire call options in Scandic Hotels AB 28 key managers in Scandic Hotels have acquired call options on approximately 75,000 shares in Scandic Hotels AB. The options have been issued by Förvaltnings AB Ratos. The validity of the options will run until 17 November 2001 and the exercise price is SEK 288. The price of the option was SEK 37.50. The share option programme is being introduced to create additional of ownership commitment among key managers.
