New Scandic Hotel in Pori, Finland As of 1 May 2000, Scandic Hotels are taking over the running of the Hotell Jazz in Pori. The agreement means that the hotel will be run under Scandic Hotels' brand name and will be fully incorporated in Scandic Hotels' marketing and sales systems. The hotel has 78 rooms and, after the takeover, Scandic Hotels will have 24 hotels in Finland. The new hotel in Pori will enable us to better satisfy the demand for hotel accommodation on the Finnish west coast from people travelling both on business and for pleasure.
