ScandiDos new product Delta4 Discover, has received its first Purchase Order from end-customer in Japan. Delta4 Discover measures the radiation dose to the patient during cancer treatment and is complementary to the current product ScandiDos Delta4 Phantom, in daily use at almost 500 clinics worldwide for pre-treatment verification.Since more than 10 years, clinics using the latest achievements in radiation therapy e.g. IMRT and VMAT have lacked the ability to verify with direct measurements that the dose to the patient is administrated correctly.
