Chairman of Enviro resigns with immediate effect

Stig-Arne Blom, Chairman of Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) (”Enviro”) resigns at his own request with immediate effect.

The Election Committee of Enviro hereby informs that chairman Stig-Arne Blom has requested to be relieved of his duties as chairman of the board with immediate effect.

“The Election Committee has today been informed by Stig-Arne Blom that he, with the purpose of remaining market confidence of Enviro intact, has requested to be be relieved of his duties as chairman of the board with immediate effect”, says Stefan Winström, Chairman of the Election Committee.

Alf Blomqvist is appointed acting chairman until coming general meeting on May 3rd, 2018.
