Enviro participates at Pareto Securities Energy Conference in Oslo
Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro) is one of the companies presenting at this year's edition of the Pareto Securities Energy Conference, which begins today. The investor conference is one of Europe's largest in the energy field, and last year 162 companies participated, attracting 2,000 participants. Enviro will be presented by the company's chairman Alf Blomqvist.
This year's edition is number 31 in the series of the conference which has developed into one of the largest annual European investor events in the energy field. With its many participating companies, it attracts a large number of investors from all over the world every year, and during last year's well-attended conference, more than 1,300 individual meetings between different companies and investors were scheduled.
In his presentation, Alf Blomqvist will speak about how Enviro, together with Antin Infrastructure Partners and Michelin, is establishing the world's first large-scale tire recycling company, where the construction of the first facility outside Uddevalla is already underway. Even before construction started, the joint venture company had signed multi-year supply agreements with leading manufacturers in the tire, rubber and oil industry for recycled materials worth more than SEK 2 billion.
"Among investors outside of Sweden, not many people know about us so far and this is an excellent opportunity to inform them about what we do and our plans. Since the formation of our joint venture and our final investment decision in Uddevalla, the pieces of the puzzle for our large-scale industrialization and commercialization are starting to fall into place one by one. There are many companies in greentech/cleantech that have had big plans but have had difficulty putting them into practice and starting the hyper-scaling of green technology that the transition will require. Enviro, together with its partners, has shown that we are implementing the plan for our industrialization and commercialization," says Alf Blomqvist.
Blomqvist will present Enviro on Thursday, the second day of the conference, at 12.40 p.m.
