Enviro’s COO sells shares in order to fully invest in warrant program

Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB’s COO Olov Ershag has divested 813 256 shares in the company at a share price of 0,49 SEK. According to Olov the proceeds will be re-invested to utilize his complete holding of SES TO2 warrants with subscription period between 2019-09-02 to 2019-09-13. Utilization of the warrants adds capital to the company, this is one of the purposes of the transaction.
