Enviros Chairman is under arrest, suspected of unauthorized disclosure of inside information

Scandinavian Enviro System AB's (Enviro) Chairman Stig-Arne Blom is under investigation of unauthorized disclosure of inside information and has been arrested.

Stig-Arne Blom has been Chairman since June 2012. He has no operational role in the company. No one else in the company's management or the board is a suspect of any crime.

"We have been informed that the Chairman is under investigation of unauthorized disclosure of inside information and as the investigation is ongoing we have no additional information or comments," says Alf Blomqvist, board member Enviro.
