Third year in a row: Enviro nominated for sustainability award at Recircle Awards

Enviro is once again nominated at the Recircle Awards, this year in the Tyre Pyrolysis Award category. In addition, CEO Thomas Sörensson is nominated for the Best Company Director award. Enviro has previously won the Tyre Pyrolysis Award twice and Best Tyre Recycler last year.

"Enviro is making international progress and our technology is constantly being recognized, it is a great honor to be nominated together with other important sustainability players. Awards like this further highlight the importance of circular solutions for tire recycling," says Thomas Sörensson, CEO of Enviro.

Since 2021, the Recircle Awards have been awarding prizes in a variety of sustainability categories, the award has been established by several prominent players in the rubber and tire industry with the aim of highlighting valuable contributions that promote a circular economy on a global level.

This year, Enviro has the chance to win the Tyre Pyrolysis Award for the third time in a row, which is awarded to a pyrolysis company that has made significant contributions to the tire recycling sector.

CEO Thomas Sörensson is also nominated for Best Company Director, with the motivation:

"Under Thomas Sörensson's leadership, Scandinavian Enviro Systems has rebuilt its business model and built a relevant team and partnerships with some of the world's largest players to enable SES's development in the pyrolysis sector."

Enviro’s largest shareholder Michelin is also nominated in the category Best Tyre Derived Recycled Product.
