Engines which can be operated on all renewable fuels available in the market today are among a number of innovations that Scania will unveil tomorrow, Wednesday 5 September, in conjunction with its Capital Markets Day in Södertälje, Sweden.

Scania also extends its truck range with the new G-series and an extension of the P-series. The broader range enables customers to tailor specifications more precisely to their needs.

Scania’s bus and coach range is also being broadened by launching new models for intercity service.

In the rapidly growing, increasingly important service market, Scania will also unveil several innovations that will help maximise uptime and customer earnings capacity. For example, the company will launch a global driver training programme and a new system for monitoring the vehicles in a haulier’s fleet.

The news will be unveiled in conjunction with the Capital Markets Day that Scania is organising tomorrow, Wednesday, from 9.00 a.m. onward at its Head Office in Södertälje.

Starting at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, further information on all product and service innovations will be available on Scania’s website, www.scania.com.
