Scania proposes an increased dividend Scania's board of directors has decided to propose to the annual general meeting an increase of the dividend, for the accounting year of 1999, to SEK 7 per share (6:50). Scania's ordinary annual general meeting will be held 5:30 p.m. on Wednes- day 24 May 2000 at Scaniarinken, Södertälje.
