Schneider Associates Names Ian Jude Chio Vice President of Finance and Administration
BOSTON – June 11, 2014 - Schneider Associates (SA), a Boston-based public relations and integrated marketing agency specializing in launching and accelerating growth for products, services, companies, institutions and communities, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ian Jude Chio to Vice President of Finance and Administration.
In his new role, Chio oversees agency financials, produces and analyzes reports, and manages all human resources functions including orientation, payroll, employee benefits, company insurances and 401K plan. Chio is also responsible for all general accounting and client program budget review, as well as general employee relations and the agency’s information technology.
Prior to joining Schneider Associates nine years ago, Chio owned and operated a Mail Boxes Etc. franchise for seven years, and served as an elementary school librarian for three years.
A California native, Chio earned his Master’s Degree in American History from Sonoma State University and is currently seeking his Certified Public Accounting degree from Harvard University. Chio lives in Arlington with his wife and two sons.
