Ryan to co-lead the InGROUP, SA’s new practice focusing on integration, innovation and ingenuity through creative, digital and social media campaigns

BOSTON – September 18, 2013 – Schneider Associates (SA), a Boston-based public relations and integrated marketing agency specializing in launching and accelerating growth for products, services, companies, organizations and communities, announces the promotion of Tom Ryan to Vice President and Director of Integrated Marketing and Creative for the InGROUP. The InGROUP is a new practice at the firm focusing on integration, innovation and ingenuity through creative, digital and social media campaigns.

Ryan, who joined the firm in August of 2009, will serve in a dual role. As Vice President and Director of Integrated Marketing and Creative, he manages agency marketing programs, and provides creative direction, digital strategy, project management and copy direction for client branding and marketing assignments.  In addition, Ryan is a strong contributor to agency thought leadership and intellectual property in Launch Marketing and Launch PR®.

Ryan works closely with VP of Digital Integration Don Martelli to provide strategic insights to clients, crafting digital and social media marketing programs and formulating messaging for brand and creative development projects. Together they offer clients ways to optimize website and social media traffic and increase lead generation performance through search engine optimization and pay per click strategies. Prior to joining Schneider Associates, Ryan worked at two Boston-area advertising agencies as a copywriter, creative director and marketing professional. 

With a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Boston University, Ryan brings more than 14 years of experience in marketing, creative direction, copywriting and account management to the agency. His portfolio includes work for Sunstar Americas (GUM Brand), MIT Sloan School of Management, Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, The Gutierrez Company, Atlantic Management, Liquid Wrench, Textron Defense Systems, Stryker Biotech, Winchester Hospital, Partners Healthcare and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
