Last day of trading with BTA

Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) (the ”Company” or ”SGG”) rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 101 million (the "Rights Issue") has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket). The last day of trading in paid subscribed shares (Sw "BTA") is October 7, 2022. The cut-off date at Euroclear for switching from BTA to shares is October 11, 2022. The newly issued shares are expected to be booked into the respective custody/VP account on 13 October 2022.
