Scout Gaming Group, furthermore ”SGG” or ”company”, has won a public procurement concerning an exclusive delivery of Fantasy Sport products to the governmental gambling company Norsk Tipping, which have a statutory gambling monopoly in the Norwegian market.

SGG has during the last two years delivered a limited Fantasy Sport product to Norsk Tipping which mainly has been ”play for free”. The technical integration with Norsk Tipping is completed, why the evolved cooperation is assessed to start expeditiously.

The compensation to SGG is reimbursement-based with a fixed guaranteed amount and the company’s assessment is that the partnership will have a significant affect on the company’s future revenue and profitability. Given the nature of the reimbursment model it is not possible to estimate the future upcoming economic outcome.

Niklas Jönsson, acting Chief Executive Officer of SGG, said: ”That we now are given the opportunity to be Norsk Tipping’s provider of our full offering in the Fantasy Sports segment is a clear proof of the quality in the product which we have built in the company and we look forward to the partnership and will promptly start the delivery to the Norwegian market.”
