Hamilton, Bermuda, May 21, 2012 - Reference is made to the first quarter 2012 report released on May 14, 2012. Seadrill Limited will be trading ex-dividend of a cash dividend of US$0.97 per share on May 22, 2012.
The record date is May 24, 2012, and the dividend will be paid on or about June 7, 2012.
