With reference to the announcement issued by Telia today regarding the company's decision not to tender their Eniro shares into the Public Purchase and exchange offer ("The Offer") launched by Seat Pagine Gialle ("SEAT") on May 18th and the position taken by Eniro's Board of Directors, Seat expresses its surprise and reaffirms the industrial value of this combination aimed at creating the leading directories publisher in Europe and the third largest directories publisher worldwide. Seat believes that the terms and conditions of the Offer remain attractive for Eniro's shareholders and has therefore decided to maintain the validity of the Offer reserving its right to waive in whole or in part, one or more of the conditions to the Offer including the minimum acceptance level.
